Located in one of the most developed and popular residential areas of Samui, Maenam, where you can find a number of attractive locations, including Santiburi luxury golf club and one of the most picturesque beaches on the island.
The area is very quiet with almost no traffic sound from the main road 5 minutes’ drive away.
The villa is located near the Maenam Beach – one of the best beaches on Samui (it is available all year round, no tides, smooth bottom topography (without coral and stones).

Living Room
• The living room comprises of a vast open space on the second level, with a natural stone floor and the decor of a young teak. The area measures over 70 m2 and is decorated in bright colors.
• High ceilings, sliding doors and windows which display a most magnificent view of Phangan and the surrounded tropical vegetation, which successfully creates a unique atmosphere of unity with nature.
• Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, and a full variety of dishes.
• Recreation area with a large comfortable sofa and a TV with DVD.
